Craig responded enthusiastically on behalf of LJHooker at Tumbi Umbi, & our subsequent discussions with him indicated that he had a realistic view regarding the value of our units, & how they should be marketed. Over the next couple of months, Craig obtained various offers for each unit, & ultimately he achieved the sale prices that we sought.
